About The Position

Drivers are responsible for transporting offshore personnel to and from the port. This role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work effectively with co-workers and clients, and to function appropriately under pressure. The driver will also be responsible for pre-inspecting the van, assisting with loading/unloading, maintaining a driving logbook, and ensuring correct and timely delivery of orders.

Valid Driver's License
Ability to read and write

Balancing, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing- These are all considered regular physical duties/requirements and would be needed/required to work in this industrial environment safely and efficiently.
Lifting - employees must be able to lift/move up to 50lbs.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical, and MVR.

Responsibilities

Pre-inspect van before transporting personnel or deliveries to destination.
Assist in loading and unloading the van if necessary.
Keep a driving logbook to track miles and time.
Responsible for getting the order to the customer correctly and in working order.
Drive a van to pick up the offshore personnel and bring them to and from the port.
Other duties may be assigned.
