About The Position
CGS is seeking a skilled Personnel Security Specialist (PerSS) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Conduct background investigations and manage personnel security clearance processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
