About The Position

iWorks is seeking a Senior Personnel Security General Investigator to conduct and manage complex administrative investigations and provide expert investigative support. This position is contingent upon contract award. Salary Range: 96k-106k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of investigative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interviewing, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Experience conducting complex investigations.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree.
• Experience leading investigative teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct administrative investigations.
• Interview subjects, witnesses, and relevant stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze records and evidence.
• Prepare investigative reports and findings.
