About The Position

Serves as a primary contact on multiple planning and evaluation of resource projects and provides support and guidance. Develops new procedures and policies to improve payroll processes. Reviews and corrects record changes, payroll actions, employment forms, and payroll registers and oversees recruitment actions, requests, and reclassifications. Creates and maintains database, analyzes data, and prepares complex reports and proposals. Facilitates the automated salary increase process and ensures accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in payroll processes
  • Ability to develop new procedures and policies
  • Proficiency in reviewing and correcting record changes, payroll actions, employment forms, and payroll registers
  • Experience overseeing recruitment actions, requests, and reclassifications
  • Skills in database creation and maintenance
  • Data analysis capabilities
