About The Position

The position of Personnel Coordinator - Services will serve as the primary coordinator for the training and travel needs of the Service technicians and other travel personnel within the Service department. In addition, this position will provide general administrative and clerical support to the Operations Manager - Services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as administrative assistant or similar position, as well as front desk experience
  • Experienced in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner
  • Detail Oriented
  • Maintain high level confidentiality
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Must be articulate and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with changing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in booking travel is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for all technicians
  • Coordinate technician support based on availability and specific project requirements.
  • Review Technician expenses
  • Maintain passports and obtain travel visas for all technicians
  • Register technicians for all required trainings and maintain all training records for technicians
  • Assist Operations Manager with any administrative tasks needed for the department
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be familiar with Company HSE policies and procedures
  • Share knowledge & best practice across the company
  • All other duties as assigned
