About The Position

Are you ready to bring your HR skills to a vibrant and dynamic grocery store environment? As our Personnel Coordinator, you'll be the in-store go-to person for all things HR! From helping us find the best talent and welcoming new team members, to keeping our employee records in tip-top shape and making sure everyone gets paid on time, you'll be at the heart of our team. You'll also get to organize awesome associate events, support our fantastic employees, and ensure we stay on top of training. If you're a people person with a knack for organization and a passion for making the workplace a better place, we want you on our team!

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR functions in a fast-paced retail or service environment
  • Experience in recruiting
  • Experience in onboarding
  • Experience in associate relations
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems
  • Strong working knowledge of labor compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of store-level operations
  • Ability to partner seamlessly with management and frontline teams
  • Pride in work, whether big or small
