About The Position
Join our team as a Personalization Tech, where your craft and attention to detail turn standard sporting goods into customized products. In this hands-on role, you will operate equipment, maintain a high standard of quality, and ensure every customer order ships accurately and on time for their next big play on the field or court! We are Pro Athlete. We are an eCommerce company that specializes in creating a World Class customer and employee experience and we happen to sell sporting goods and apparel through various online platforms such as JustBats, JustGloves, JustPaddles, and Field General. Requirements
- You must have a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add-on services with a quality first approach.
- Operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately.
- Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping.
- Meet on-time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship.
- Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations.
- Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines.
- Communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor.
- Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow.
