Requirements

  • Able to perform basic math and use basic computer functions

  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous production, manufacturing, printing, or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Operate personalization and production machinery according to company safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Prepare materials and work areas for production
  • Transfer materials between workstations
  • Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure work is completed accurately
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Complete job audit logs and production documentation accurately
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with inventory counts as needed
  • Communicate production or quality concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Follow all company safety and security procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
