Requirements
- No previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is required - we'll train you!
- Dependable and punctual

- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Able to perform basic math and use basic computer functions

- Willing to take ownership of their work and be accountable for results
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous production, manufacturing, printing, or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate personalization and production machinery according to company safety, quality, and production procedures
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare materials and work areas for production
- Transfer materials between workstations
- Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure work is completed accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Complete job audit logs and production documentation accurately
- Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
- Communicate production or quality concerns to the appropriate team members
- Follow all company safety and security procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
