Personalization Machine Operator - 1st Shift
About The Position
We’re looking for a Personalization Machine Operator to bring our customers’ orders to life! In this role, you’ll follow a dynamic schedule to personalize and process plastic cards with precision, ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards. Your day will be filled with hands-on operation of cutting-edge machines—printing, folding, and assembling materials for mailing. You’ll be the final touch before our products reach our valued customers, swapping out any subpar cards and guaranteeing perfection every time. Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment.
- Understanding of quality processes and procedures.
- Safety conscious attitude with a good understanding of general safety requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and reach and move about facility.

Nice To Haves
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Greater than 6 months experience in card personalization is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Personalize and process plastic cards.
- Operate machines for printing, folding, and assembling materials for mailing.
- Swap out any subpar cards.
- Provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department.
