Scenic Group US/LATAM is looking to hire an Outbound Personal Travel Concierge to join their team. This is a remote, full-time, phone-based role requiring excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills. The position involves building a career with a global company that offers a supportive leadership team and company culture. The role requires delivering exceptional travel experiences to guests by discussing luxury travel destinations, processing sales calls, answering detailed questions about itineraries and ships, quoting rates and promotions, upselling products, collecting payments, and developing positive working relationships with various departments. The company provides training with experienced leaders and continued guidance to ensure success. The job description is not exhaustive and duties may change. This is a Work-From-Home position. The home-based office environment must be quiet with no outside noise or interruptions, and reliable high-speed internet is required. The Call Center Operations are Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST) and Saturday & Sunday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST). Personal Travel Concierges in the Pacific Standard Timezone (PST) will work a permanent 9:00 am-5:00 pm PST shift (Monday through Friday). Weekend shifts are optional but may be assigned based on business needs.
