Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
CPR/AED certified (required)
3 - 5 years of fitness management and leadership experience
Proven sales and client service success in the fitness industry
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Proficiency with scheduling, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between sessions

Responsibilities

Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Train clients of all fitness levels through creative, personalized workouts
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of personal trainers
Drive sales performance and monthly revenue goals
Coach trainers on program design, client retention, and performance excellence
Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and results
Represent GYMGUYZ in community partnerships and events
