Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR certified
- Nationally accredited PT certification OR B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–2 years as a Personal Trainer
- Management experience leading teams of 3–10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
- Consultative sales experience
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and level‑up your squad of Personal Trainers
- Drive PT revenue like a boss
- Turn leads into clients and clients into raving fans
- Keep clients coming back with killer service and real results
- Read reports, make moves, and course‑correct like a pro
- Oversee program design so every client gets the glow‑up they came for
