About The Position
The Personal Training Manager in Training role is designed for high-potential individuals who are ready to lead, develop, and grow. This position will receive the training, mentorship, and tools needed to become a top-performing PT Manager in one of CR Fitness's rapidly expanding clubs. CR Fitness is a leading franchisee of Crunch Fitness, rapidly expanding its club footprint throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Arizona.
Requirements
- Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC)
- CPR certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Desire to lead and grow within a team
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Outgoing, professional, and coachable
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
