About The Position
EpiFIT Club is seeking passionate and energetic fitness professionals for 5 part-time openings at their Riverside EpiCenter location in Mableton, GA. The roles include Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors (including substitute positions). The ideal candidates will lead safe, effective, and motivating workouts, demonstrate proper techniques, offer modifications, instruct various group classes, track client progress, promote wellness, and enforce facility safety standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Knowledge of exercise science, injury prevention, and safe equipment use
- Ability to adapt workouts for all fitness levels
- Professional, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Certification in group fitness or specialty formats (Zumba, Pilates, Cycling, etc.)
- CPR/First Aid certification
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, effective, and motivating workouts for clients and classes
- Demonstrate exercises and proper techniques to prevent injury and maximize results
- Offer modifications for different fitness levels and abilities
- Instruct dynamic group classes such as Zumba, Pilates, Circuit Training, Cycling, and more
- Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Promote overall wellness by sharing resources on nutrition, weight management, and healthy living
- Enforce facility safety standards and respond with first aid when necessary
