Requirements

Current Personal Training certification required (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, ACE, or other nationally accredited program)
CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days
Individuals who can genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Reviewing the new gym member list and scheduling FitStart appointments for potential clients
Selling personal training packages with the goal of meeting bi-weekly sales quotas
Meeting and discussing fitness goals with members, providing a sample training session
Assigning new clients to Personal Trainers, checking in regularly to ensure quality service and programming
Interviewing, hiring, training, and managing/supporting Personal Trainers - reassigning clients as needed
Attending routine meetings and weekly conference calls
