About The Position

Gold's Gym Tennessee is a franchise that started in 2010 and spans from Knoxville to Memphis with 16 locations. They are looking for a Personal Training Fitness Manager to join their team. The role involves managing personal trainers, selling personal training packages, and ensuring quality service for members. Requirements

Current Personal Training certification required (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, ACE, or other nationally accredited program).
CPR/AED and First Aid certification obtained within 30 days.
Ability to genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Reviewing new gym member lists and scheduling FitStart appointments.
Selling personal training packages to meet bi-weekly sales quotas.
Meeting with members to discuss fitness goals and providing sample training sessions.
Assigning new clients to Personal Trainers and ensuring quality service and programming.
Interviewing, hiring, training, managing, and supporting Personal Trainers.
Reassigning clients as needed.
Attending routine meetings and weekly conference calls.
