Personal Trainer (substitute)
About The Position

This role is for an as-needed/substitute Personal Trainer to join our fitness team at our client site in Spring House, PA. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys a schedule that fits their availability while making a meaningful impact whenever coverage is needed. Our Personal Trainers are true professionals. Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. You will be responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
Requirements
- Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
- Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
- Must meet hiring requirements including pre-employment drug test.
Responsibilities
- Design customized workout programs and train members based on their needs.
- Conduct fitness testing and assessments.
