As a Fitness Coach, you will conduct fitness assessments, create customized fitness programs, coach members through various training types, educate on exercise techniques and healthy habits, provide motivation and accountability, and build a strong client base. We provide in-depth training and support to help you develop and retain your client base.

Requirements

Personal Trainer certification preferred
Candidates willing to obtain certification within 30 days are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in fitness, coaching, athletics, wellness, physical therapy, or sales preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable building relationships and growing a client base
Minimum availability of 20-35 hours per week, including one weekend shift

Responsibilities

Conduct fitness assessments
Create customized fitness programs
Coach members through strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, and functional training
Educate members on exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support
Build and maintain a strong client base
Promote personal training programs and services
