About The Position

Svetness is seeking exceptional, certified personal trainers to join their team and deliver personalized fitness experiences in clients' homes. The role involves providing one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching, designing tailored workout programs, demonstrating exercises, tracking client progress via the Svetness Fitness App, and maintaining consistent appointments. Trainers will travel to client locations within a 45-minute commute. Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
• CPR/AED Certified – Up-to-date certification required
• 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
• Strong Communication Skills – Verbal, written, and technical
• Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Ability to guide clients on healthy habits
• Fitness Expertise – Comfortable with various training methods and equipment
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bring basic training tools as needed
• Must be able to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations.
• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed.
• Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments.
• Maintain consistency with client appointments and scheduling.
• Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute).
