About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Senior Specialist Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. Trainers design personalized programs, conduct reassessments, manage their schedules, track client results, and motivate clients toward their goals. The role offers flexible scheduling, mobile training, and compensation of $35–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive paid onboarding and ongoing development, with opportunities to progress into Master Trainer and leadership roles. This franchise is independently owned and operated; hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Have a passion for helping people.
Be highly motivated and organized.
Be committed to continual learning.
