About The Position

StretchLab is seeking Personal Trainers interested in deepening their experience in stretch therapy to join their team in a brand-new studio located in Blue Bell, PA. This is an opportunity to gain experience in a new modality within the fitness industry. StretchLab is a leader in personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching, utilizing state-of-the-art studios and highly trained professionals. They use proprietary technology and data analytics to create personalized wellness programs aimed at improving client movement, recovery, and performance. StretchLab employs professionals with backgrounds in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, personal training, yoga, pilates, and more, and their proprietary Flexologist™ training ensures a consistent, high-quality client experience across nearly 400 locations nationwide.

Requirements

Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
Professional certification or expertise in any of the following disciplines - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga Instructor
Experience working in a fitness/wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with a client
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
Must be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of post-training practical application

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
Provide high-quality client care and experience
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
Building your book of business, converting first-time prospects, and retaining members
Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
Handle member concerns when applicable
Caring for the studio - clean and maintain equipment and facility
Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
Maintain a strong social media presence to client membership and retention
Promoting retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance
