About The Position
The Atlee Station Family YMCAs are seeking certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs while working closely with members. This part time position starts at $20.00 per hour, with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience. We provide support to help you build your client base - you won't have to build your client list from scratch. Personal Trainers should have flexible availability.
Requirements
- One current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, AFFA, etc.)
- CPR, AED and First Aid certifications
Nice To Haves
- Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate member needs
- Willing to work hours as a Wellness Coach
Responsibilities
- Design and implement exercise programs
- Work closely with members
- Utilize time to build relationships with members
- Provide equipment orientations
- Conduct fitness evaluations
- Clean equipment
- Assist members on the wellness floor
