About The Position
Lead group exercise classes and provide personal training sessions as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Personal training certification through ACE, NASM, ACSM, or NSCA that is kept up to date
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in kinesiology, biology or similar
- Pre-PT or Pre-OT student
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Director(s) in projects that support the department.
- Support Community Programming by participating in various educational/exercise themed events.
- Provide 1:1 personal training sessions with clients
- Teach group exercise classes in health care center and AL/IL building as needed
