About The Position
Flamingo Resort & Spa is seeking an energetic, certified, and guest-focused Personal Trainer to join The Club & Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa. The Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering customized fitness experiences to resort guests, members, and local clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality. This role plays a key part in elevating the overall wellness experience at the resort.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Minimum 1–2 years of personal training experience (hospitality or club setting preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and commitment to luxury service standards
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
- Conduct fitness assessments and create individualized workout programs
- Promote wellness services, classes, and fitness packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness environment
- Build strong relationships with guests and members to encourage retention
- Ensure proper use of equipment and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with Spa, Membership, and Front Desk teams to enhance the guest journey
- Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and wellness programming
- Assist in planning and leading specialty workshops or fitness events
