About The Position

Svetness is seeking certified personal trainers to provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations. The role involves designing tailored workout programs, demonstrating exercises, tracking progress, and maintaining client appointments. Trainers will travel to client locations, with a commute of up to 45 minutes.

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
CPR/AED Certified – Up-to-date certification required
1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
Strong Communication Skills – Verbal, written, and technical
Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Ability to guide clients on healthy habits
Fitness Expertise – Comfortable with various training methods and equipment
Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bring basic training tools as needed
Must be able to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

Provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations.
Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed.
Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments.
Maintain consistency with client appointments and scheduling.
Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute).
