About The Position

AquaVie is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and client-focused Personal
Trainer to join our fitness and wellness team! The ideal candidate is passionate
about helping others achieve their fitness goals through customized training,
motivation, and expert support — all while delivering the elevated guest
experience AquaVie is known for.

Requirements

• Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certified
• 1+ years of experience as a personal trainer preferred
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Ability to work with diverse fitness levels and age groups
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, or weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized training sessions tailored to individual goals, fitness levels, and health conditions
• Conduct fitness assessments and develop safe, effective workout plans
• Educate clients on proper exercise form, technique, and overall wellness
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment
• Promote personal training packages and build long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with other team members to support wellness programming and events
