About The Position
Fitness Together Lynnfield is hiring a certified Personal Trainer to join their team. Unlike traditional gyms, Fitness Together offers private personal training in fully equipped suites, focusing on a science-backed approach that combines strength training, functional movement, cardio, and nutrition coaching for sustainable results. Trainers focus exclusively on coaching clients and making an impact, with no selling, floor hours, or lead chasing required. This is an opportunity for fitness professionals who are passionate about empowering others but feel limited in other environments to grow in a stable, team-driven setting.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA or similar
- CPR and AED certified
- Availability for a consistent schedule including evenings or Saturdays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team first mentality
- Reliable and emotionally present for clients and team
Nice To Haves
- One year or more of training experience preferred
- Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred but not required
- Comfortable working with older adults, post rehab clients, and general population
Responsibilities
- Design custom fitness programs based on each client’s goals, health history, and movement assessment
- Modify exercises and routines for injuries, joint issues, or limited mobility
- Track progress and guide clients through long term, goal oriented training plans
- Deliver a positive, professional experience in every session
- Work closely with a team of personal trainers and fitness coaches
- Maintain a clean and safe private training suite
