Create a flexible schedule by creating programming and servicing clients through the guidance of your Fitness Manager or General Manager. When effort for personal growth is shown, the Fitness Manager also works tirelessly to increase your book of business. Here at Crunch we structure our compensation to reward our employees for their dedication to client retention, personal growth, and educational development. Commission is based upon a % split of session value, with 3 tiers of trainer % split that increases based off number of sessions serviced.

Requirements

• Nationally Accredited Certified Personal Trainer Certification
• Valid CPR/AED certification upon hire and to be maintained during employment
