Requirements
- Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- Strong communication, hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow your book of business
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated personal commitment to health and wellness
- Ability to “wow” us with a 15-minute training demo
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Nutrition coaching or group fitness certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations, fitness assessments, and goal-setting sessions according to club protocols
- Design safe, effective, and results-driven programs tailored to each client
- Instruct proper form, technique, and progression across strength, cardiovascular, mobility, and flexibility training
- Provide consistent motivation, accountability, and performance tracking
- Maintain accurate client records and measurable progress reports
- Build and sustain a loyal client base — whether by bringing your own clients or cultivating relationships within our community
- Promote personal training services with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Contribute to a fun, energetic, and inclusive training environment
- Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and evolving best practices
- Lead by example by embodying a healthy, professional lifestyle
