About The Position
Svetness is actively seeking exceptional personal trainers to join their team and deliver personalized fitness experiences in the comfort of clients' homes. The role involves providing one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations. Trainers will design tailored workout programs, demonstrate exercises, track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, and maintain consistency with client appointments. The company emphasizes flexibility, competitive pay, ongoing education, and dedicated support, with no sales or marketing required from the trainer.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
- CPR/AED Certified – Up-to-date certification required
- 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
- Strong Communication Skills – Verbal, written, and technical
- Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Ability to guide clients on healthy habits
- Fitness Expertise – Comfortable with various training methods and equipment
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bring basic training tools as needed
- Must be able to travel to client locations
- Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations.
- Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed.
- Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments.
- Maintain consistency with client appointments and scheduling.
- Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute).
