Shalom Austin is seeking a Personal Trainer to join their growing organization. This is a part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position requiring availability during weekday mornings and weekends. The role involves conducting various client assessments (preparticipation health-screening, posture and movement, flexibility, balance, core function, cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular fitness, body composition, and skill-related parameters) to develop effective exercise programs and support client goal attainment. Trainers will also provide education on general health and nutrition, refer clients to appropriate health professionals when necessary, supervise member safety in the fitness center, and manage their schedules and appointments professionally.
