Requirements

Accredited Personal Training Certification or a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Physical Education
First Aid Certification
Strong knowledge in performing personal training sessions
Ability to listen to clients and demonstrate ethical behavior
Strong communication and customer service skills
Time management and organizational skills
Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

Additional Specializations: MMA, Boxing, Bodybuilding, Injury Rehabilitation, Postnatal Training, and other relevant disciplines
Additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with your clients to provide personalized coaching, monitor progress, address individual needs, and ensure a high-quality member experience.
Track your sessions from bookings to rescheduling and cancellations through the app for a more organized workflow.
Communicate about schedule changes to training leadership.
Prepare all your client's sessions in advance.
Connect with your clients ahead of every session with the location and timing.
Provide clients with the necessary tools, workouts, and tips on building and managing healthy habits.
Schedule feedback sessions, tracking, and monitoring client progress.
Ensure clients benefit from their fitness packages to achieve optimal results.
