About The Position
The Personal Trainer is responsible for their client's physical assessments, exercise prescription and motivation as well as policy enforcement, record keeping and delivering excellent customer service at all times to every member.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one (1) of the following certifications ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NSCA, NASM, ISSA, WSI, Martial Arts/Boxing certification(s), or other manager approved certification
- BLS certified within 90 days of hire date
- Experience in the administration of physical assessments, exercise prescriptions and program development.
- Excellent communication and customer services skills
- Ability to work variable hours necessary.
- Possess a professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be capable of maintaining positive ongoing communications.
