About The Position

Requirements

Certified personal trainer through a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, B.S. Kinesiology).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and fitness programming.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
CPR/AED certification is required.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
Coach position at UFC GYM is on the basis, agreement and understanding that you the coach has a goal of servicing a minimum of 80 sessions per month.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored training programs.
Provide one-on-one and group training sessions that motivate and challenge clients.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure optimal results.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition for overall health.
Create a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages client engagement.
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment in accordance with gym standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and referrals.
Coaches are given opportunities to book themselves leads and may sometimes be booked leads by Membership Specialists and Team Leaders, all of which Coaches have to convert into clients via having them sign up and buy sessions at UFC GYM.
Attend UFC GYM Coach Certification.
