About The Position

Physiq Fitness is a locally owned, fast-growing business that has been voted Best Gym 11 years in a row. With 7 gyms, 6 within the Willamette Valley, we are passionate about helping people and are expanding our Personal Training team. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities for individuals looking to grow their careers in the fitness industry. We are committed to continuous learning and development for our trainers, investing in their education with world-class educators and industry experts, and paying them to attend these sessions. Our mission is to build the most knowledgeable and impactful personal trainers in Oregon.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least one National Personal Training Certification.
1-2 years of relevant experience or a combination of 3-5 years of education and experience.
CPR and AED certification.

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Instruct and guide individuals in various exercise activities.
Develop fitness programs aimed at improving cardiorespiratory function, body composition, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Demonstrate proper techniques.
Observe participants and provide corrective feedback to enhance their skills and prevent injuries.
Design individualized programs that help clients achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.
Assist individuals in improving their physical health and overall wellness.
Conduct assessments and program activities for members.
