About the role HealthFitness is seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Santa Clara, CA. In this flexible role, you'll provide personalized training sessions, inspire healthy lifestyle changes, and help clients achieve lasting results. Schedule: Based on client appointment bookings. Requirements

Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs.
Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
