Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join the dynamic fitness team at our state-of-the-art wellness facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. This on-call position offers flexibility, with hours based on client appointments—ideal for trainers who thrive in a professional, high-quality environment and enjoy building meaningful client relationships.

Requirements

Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
Adult and pediatric First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs.
Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
