About The Position

BASECK Training is a results driven fitness brand combining cutting edge programming, biofeedback-based training, and social impact. We’re seeking a Head Coach to lead our coaching team, elevate member results, and help drive the next evolution of our brand. This role blends elite coaching, leadership, and operational excellence. You’ll inspire members, mentor staff, and help shape a studio culture built on accountability, performance, and purpose.

Requirements

  • Proven background in fitness instruction, group coaching, and program design.
  • Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Active fitness certification. (ACE, NASM preferred)
  • Strong communication, accountability, and sales skills.
  • Tech-savvy with fitness and virtual platforms.
  • CPR & First Aid certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high energy, personalized group sessions.
  • Conduct biofeedback assessments and create data driven programs.
  • Oversee onboarding and progress check ins aligned with member goals.
  • Coach and develop staff through 1:1s, team trainings, and performance reviews.
  • Track KPIs for accountability and growth.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of new coaches.
  • Support sales process alongside the Experience Manager.
  • Lead the paid trial process from onboarding to conversion.
  • Execute campaigns to boost engagement and revenue.
  • Build relationships through outbound and inbound communications.
  • Record educational and motivational content.
  • Manage virtual training systems and accountability platforms.
  • Track and analyze member activity, sales, and retention metrics.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
  • Act as second in command to the Experience Manager to ensure a world-class member experience.
