As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fitness experiences to our members and guests through group classes and personalized training sessions. Requirements
- Nationally recognized certification for personal training and group instruction
- Proven experience in the fitness industry
- Strong knowledge of fitness programs and training techniques

Responsibilities
- Uphold all Horseshoe Bay Resort fitness standards
- Arrive on time and conduct all sessions with professionalism and attention to safety
- Lead fitness classes and personal training sessions in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain, clean, and properly care for all fitness equipment
- Keep fitness areas organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Educate guests on fitness programs, services, and offerings
- Address guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Promote fitness programs, services, and retail offerings
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Support overall fitness operations as needed
