We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Hybrid Personal Trainer / Sales Consultant to join our team. This role blends fitness coaching, membership sales, and daily club operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping members achieve results while also supporting club growth and retention. No prior experience is necessary (training certification preferred) - we provide paid training to get you started. Requirements
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Motivated by making more income through commission and sales
Nice To Haves
- Nationally accredited personal trainers are preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that align with clients’ goals
- Provide coaching, motivation, and instruction to ensure proper technique, safety, and progress during sessions
- Track and evaluate client progress while offering feedback and adjustments to maximize results and maintain engagement
- Drive membership growth by selling memberships, processing renewals and gaining referrals
- Follow up on leads from web inquiries, referrals and renewals through calls and emails
- Assist in marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events
- Support daily operations, including light maintenance and taks assigned by mangement
