About The Position
CareOne Senior Care is currently hiring reliable and caring individuals to assist seniors living at home in the Plymouth area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and wants flexible, consistent work. We provide supportive scheduling and match caregivers with clients based on availability and location. Care is provided in Plymouth and surrounding communities including Canton, Northville, Livonia, Westland, and nearby areas. CareOne Senior Care is an Award Winning home care agency serving Oakland, Livingston, Macomb, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties in Southeast Michigan!
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Responsible, punctual, and caring attitude
- Able to pass a background check
- TB test required (can be completed during onboarding process)
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing simple meals and helping maintain a clean environment
- Offering companionship and supervision for safety
- Supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia
- Helping with mobility, including transfers (training provided)
- Assisting with errands or transportation when needed
