About The Position

Bayshore Home Care Solutions (Hamilton) is a division of Bayshore HealthCare Ltd. and supports the Greater Hamilton and Burlington areas by enhancing the quality of life, dignity, and independence of clients through customized care plans and solutions that allow clients to remain in their homes. Bayshore is seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers to join their team. The role involves traveling within the Greater Hamilton & Burlington region to visit clients in their homes and facilities, providing exceptional care and creating meaningful moments daily. The opportunity offers a permanent position working every weekend with a guaranteed 60 hours bi-weekly, Friday to Monday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Requirements

Personal Support Worker diploma, International Nursing Degree or equivalent (evidence required).
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle is required.
Must drive own vehicle within the Greater Hamilton and Burlington areas.
Proof of valid educations, license, and/or certificate.
2 supervisory references.
A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
Proof of being negative for TB.
