About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers to join their exceptional team. This role involves enhancing care for clients of all ages and backgrounds with compassion and excellence, creating meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care. The position requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays every week on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
Successful candidates will be required to provide 2 supervisory references.
Successful candidates will be required to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of being negative for TB.

Nice To Haves

French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement.
