Part time Personal Support Worker for Sundays
About The Position

We are looking for a reliable PSW to cover a long-term Sunday shift from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM for a client located near Avenue Rd & Lawrence in North York. This is a consistent, long-term opportunity, and we are looking for someone who can commit to every Sunday for a minimum of 6 months. There is also opportunities to pick up additional shifts with other clients on other days if you’re interested.
Requirements
- Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
- Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
Responsibilities
- Assist with morning and evening care routines.
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands.
- Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
- Follow and update care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
- Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.
