Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers safely.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed medical routines.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Record observations and report changes in clients’ condition promptly.
