Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar caregiving role is a plus, but NOT required
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate parties
• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
• Follow care plans and policies established by University Home Care Inc
