Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Whitmore Lake, MI.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide mobility assistance and help clients with exercises as directed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.
