About The Position
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers to join their exceptional team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care. This is a guaranteed hours position, full-time with a guaranteed 60 hours bi-weekly, and includes a 4-week ramp-up period from the date of hire. Successful candidates will serve in the Oxford County area, including Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Norwich, Innerkip, Bright, Plattsville, Ingersoll, Beachville, and Thamesford. Availability required includes weekdays and every other weekend.
Requirements
- Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English.
- French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement.
- 2 professional references.
- A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
- Proof of being negative for TB.
