About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Fraser, MI. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
- Reliable transportation to and from job locations.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and ensure clients’ privacy and confidentiality at all times.
