Requirements

  • Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
  • Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
  • French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
  • 2 supervisory references (required for successful candidates)
  • A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening (required for successful candidates)
  • Proof of being negative for TB (required for successful candidates)
  • Proof of vaccination against certain illnesses, such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, or seasonal influenza (may be required depending on provincial regulations and the nature of the role)
